STREET SCENE FORRES - as part of the Findhorn Bay Festival        

'It’s twilight, the festival pulses on and there’s something strange and magical happening in Forres Town Centre. Raise your gaze above the shop fronts to the storerooms and garrets that normally pass unnoticed. Now their windows are filled with vivid light and colour, moving portraits, abstract and absurd, part Warhol, part Banksy. But hang on a minute, that’s my neighbour! Welcome to Wildbird’s unique and stunning Street Scene.'

Wildbird is a Moray based arts company who work with local people to create short films and portraits that bring a glorious vibrancy to the ordinary (and extraordinary) acts of everyday life happening within their communities. During the summer Wildbird have been working with the people of Forres to capture the content for this amazing installation.
